Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label with instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, or gift cards. Please contact us if you have concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card provider.

Custom-Made Orders
Please note that custom-made orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
