Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. Another email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Period
The shipping period for this product is 3-4 weeks from the order date, as each piece is handmade and requires time for detailed craftsmanship. Custom-made orders are non-returnable.

Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: ₹500 (3-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: ₹1,000 (2-3 business days)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over ₹5,000 (Standard Shipping only)
Note: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees will vary depending on the destination. Please check at checkout for exact rates.
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using this number on the courier’s website.
Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
